Finland boosts with the only native Forest Reindeer herds.

Forests reindeer or Caribou is found only on two areas and total populations are relatively small. This is due to different reasons but habitat chances and large carnivores, especially wolf catch probably more than expected. However, there are still a couple of licenses available every year. Caribou licenses are sold to highest bidder. Let us know your interest in a Caribou license and we´ll help to get one for you.
